 The Life Options Rehabilitation Program
(www.lifeoptions.org) is a national program to help people
live long and live well with kidney disease, through research and
research-based education.  We've published more than 20 peer-reviewed
studies, and all Life Options free materials are based on research.

-- Kidney School (www.kidneyschool.org) is Life Options free,
on-line, interactive kidney learning center.  Designed as a
self-management curriculum, Kidney School is tailored to each
visitor, and each 30-minute module creates a Personal Action Plan.

-- Home Dialysis Central (www.homedialysis.org) offers
resources and support for patients and professionals interested in
peritoneal dialysis and home hemodialysis--more work-friendly and
life-friendly treatment options than in-center hemodialysis.
